Thank you for taking the time to look through my online CV. I really appreciate your interest, and I hope it gives you a clear sense of both my professional background and a bit of who I am personally.
I’d also like to share a bit about what drives me creatively.
A Genuine Passion for Web
Why web development?
For one, I’m good at it—and let’s be honest, it’s always more fulfilling to work on something you’re skilled at. But more importantly, I’m drawn to the potential the web holds. Online platforms can open doors for businesses of any size, and I find real purpose in being part of that process.
Even the smallest design choice or user experience tweak can have a ripple effect. I enjoy spotting those opportunities and making consistent, meaningful improvements that help bring ideas to life and create real value.
Many developers promise the world. Many agencies promise great scaling opportunities with even greater uncertainty.
I promise a straightforward transparent approach.

Seasons Concepts is a designer furniture brand based in Johannesburg.
Empathy is something I value deeply—it shapes the way I connect with others both at work and in my personal life. I try to be present and supportive, especially when someone needs a listening ear or a bit of encouragement. Building real, meaningful relationships matters to me.
Once I feel comfortable with people, I really enjoy spending time and socializing. It just takes a bit of time for me to warm up.
Honesty is probably my biggest strength. I make a conscious effort to be transparent, especially when working with others. I want everyone involved to feel informed and included throughout the process. I also tend to be direct—I believe it’s better to address things early and openly rather than let issues build up. I’m not a fan of confrontation, so I try to handle things before they get to that point.

I’m someone who learns best by doing. I’m extremely inclined toward practical learning—if you teach me how to do something once, I might get it wrong the first time. But if you show me again, I’ll get it right and remember it from that point on. That kind of hands-on experience sticks with me far more than theory ever could.
I’m a self-motivated person and confident in what I do. I take pride in the quality of my work, but I’m also not afraid to admit when I don’t understand something. In those moments, I’ll ask questions—sometimes a lot of them—until I’m completely clear on what’s expected. It’s important to me to get things right, especially when I’m working as part of a team or delivering something that others depend on.
I’m well-spoken and feel comfortable in client-facing situations. Communicating clearly and professionally comes naturally to me, and I always aim to make others feel at ease. At the same time, I believe in setting boundaries early on in any work environment. Doing so helps me maintain focus, manage expectations, and build respectful, healthy relationships with the people I share space with.
And finally, I’m always up for a challenge. Whether it’s learning something new, taking on a tough project, or stepping outside my comfort zone—I see challenges as opportunities to grow, and I’m not one to shy away from them.
My strengths are rooted in front-end web development and design, with a strong focus on responsive layouts and accessibility. I bring close attention to detail to ensure that every interface not only looks great across all devices but is also inclusive and user-friendly for all audiences.
My specialization lies in optimizing websites for organic reach, performance, and search engine visibility. I focus on enhancing site speed, implementing SEO best practices, and improving overall discoverability to drive long-term, sustainable traffic.
I take pride in showcasing the work I do, but more importantly, I enjoy sharing the process behind it. I value the opportunity to communicate not just what I’ve done, but why—and I’m always eager to teach others along the way.

In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the progress of multiple development projects and providing hands-on support to team members where needed. I stepped in to guide technical direction, ensure code quality, and help resolve challenges as they arose.
I chose to leave the position after the contract period ended, as no formal offer for continued employment was made, and I required the stability of a secured role.
